Ann Hefferman

Ann's street painting adventures began about 17 years ago with I Madonnari in Santa Barbara and have gifted her many friends, a free and continual education ‘on the street’ and travel around the country and abroad.

Her work derives inspiration from the natural world, especially botanical forms.

Although it is an ephemeral art form to be experienced and observed during the creative process, each piece yields a lasting impression and unique opportunities for exchange between artist and observer.

A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Ann is a freelance artist, works at the University of California’s Map & Imagery Laboratory, and plays violin with Mariachi las Olas de Santa Barbara.
