February 22 & 23, 2014 in Downtown Lake Worth, Florida
Starts at 10 a.m. on Both Days

Be an Artist

A Call to Artists!

The Street Painting Festival is free and open to the public on Saturday & Sunday, February 23 & 24, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Pastels are the medium and works produced are temporary. Remarkably, there are no fees! Materials will be provided. You need only provide your talents and enthusiasm. But space is limited. To ensure your ability to participate, volunteer street painters are strongly encouraged to find a business, individual, or organization to sponsor your square. Or consider sponsoring a square yourself or with friends.

Never done a street painting? Have no fear, the process is both challenging and rewarding. An artists’ orientation for accepted and confirmed participating artists will be available in early February and you’ll be notified by e-mail or first class mail. Festival information, rules, tips, tricks and recommendations will be provided. Before you begin painting, you will need to check in at the Artists’ Oasis on Saturday a.m. The Artists’ Oasis will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. You will be given your assigned space, pastels and a few other items.

The application deadline has now closed.
